PHONE ORDERS only: 1-888-2GO-HIKE taken during regular business hours of Monday-Thursday 10AM-7PM, Friday/Saturday 10AM-6PM, Sunday 11AM-5PM CST. All major credit cards accepted as are Gift cards.
Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with any item, return it to us for an exchange or a refund of its purchase price. We ask that returned products be in like-new condition, with their original packaging and instructions. Items occasionally go on sale. We will honor a sale/exchange price within 5 days of an original purchase.
You can expect your refund or exchange within four weeks from the time we receive your return. For credit card orders, please allow one or two statements for your credit to appear.
- Credit Card or Gift Card refunds will be issued within 30 days with sales or gift receipt
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Item(s) must be clean, unused and otherwise in the same condition as order was sent
- Item(s) must include all original tags, packaging and instructions
- Item(s) must include a copy of the packing slip
- No refunds on Shipping charges TO or FROM the store. For exchanges, there will be a nominal fee charged for shipping back out to you, dependent on type of service requested.
Warranty/Guarantees:
We're not 100% enthusiastic about your purchase until you are. We know if we don't take care of you someone else will. At any time, let us know what we need to do to earn your confidence and loyalty. Please consider your purchase a safe one for you and allow us to exceed your expectations of what an outdoor store can be. Returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranties will be handled cheerfully and quickly. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at manufacturers’ discretion under the terms specified by factory warranty or guarantee which ever may be the case. Please inspect condition of your purchase at time of delivery. Report all damage claims to carrier driver for processing.
Safety:
The use/inspection of outdoor products should always be supervised by responsible adults; no product fitness for any particular use is expressed or implied. Customer/user assumes all liability for personal or property mishap during use/inspection of any Uncle Dan's sales product.
Outdoor sporting activities can be dangerous.... proper training in the use and care of outdoor equipment, by certified sources, is strongly advised. Always wear a certified life jacket or vest while engaging in water sports.
