Return Policy

Returns/Defects: Our ultimate goal here at Uncle Dan’s is to have very happy customers to encourage repeat and referral business. You may return any unopened items for 30 days from dated receipt. We will refund your purchase price less any shipping charges. If there was a mistake on our part, we will refund the shipping charges also. Please send return inquiries to: sales@udans.com

If you have received a product that is not functioning or breaks within the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer. If you prefer, we will assist in contacting the manufacturer if the product is still under warranty. Please send e–mails to: sales@udans.com

Damaged or Lost: If you receive a product that is damaged, or becomes lost during shipping, please send us an e–mail: sales@udans.com

Refund Policy:

If you are not satisfied with any item, return it to us for an exchange or a refund of its purchase price. We ask that returned products be in like–new condition, with their original packaging. Items occasionally go on sale. We will honor a sale/exchange price within 5 days of an original purchase.

You can expect your refund or exchange within two weeks from the time we receive your return. For credit card orders, please allow one or two statements for your credit to appear.

* Credit Card or Gift Card refunds will be issued within 30 days with sales or gift receipt * Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt * Item(s) must be clean, unused and otherwise in the same condition as order was sent * Item(s) must include all original tags, packaging and instructions * Item(s) must include a copy of the packing slip * In the instance of exchanges or returns, there are no refunds on Shipping charges.

Warranty/Guarantees:

We won’t be 100% enthusiastic about your purchase until you are. We know if we don’t take care of you someone else will. At any time, let us know what we need to do to earn your confidence and loyalty. Please allow us to exceed your expectations of what an outdoor store can be. Returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranties will be handled cheerfully and quickly. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at manufacturers’ discretion under the terms specified by factory warranty or guarantee, which ever may be the case. Please inspect condition of your purchase at time of delivery. Report all damage claims within 48 hours.
