Shipping Information

Uncle Dan's Free Shipping Offer:

If your order total is $49.01 or more, you can receive free Standard/Economy shipping limited to the Continental USA (lower 48).

You must select "Standard/Economy (Lower 48 states)" as your preferred shipping method.

Uncle Dan's does not ship to U.S. territories or internationally.

We do ship to APO/FPO addresses via United States Postal Service, though we may need to contact you prior to shipping. There may be some restrictions.

Shipping Information:

If your order total is $49 or less, standard shipping in the U.S. is the flat rate of $6.95.

All other shipping methods will be charged based on order specifics.

Oversized or overweight packages might have additional charges. Uncle Dan's will notify you, prior to processing, of any additional surcharge and for your approval. The charge will be added at the time of processing your purchase. Your order will not be shipped until we receive your approval.

The Shipping times as posted in the chart below are approximate and not guaranteed. Delivery may be impacted by weather delays/acts of nature and/or any other unforeseen, uncontrollable circumstances. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

When and How Orders/Backorders are processed:

Orders will be shipped and your credit card will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your order. Uncle Dan's, however, makes every effort to ship orders received by 2PM CST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays/weekends) on the same business day.

If any item(s) in your order are backordered (on occasion this happens when items are in high demand and information has not yet uploaded), Uncle Dan's will notify you via email and offer you the opportunity to wait for the backordered item, change your order or cancel any part/all of the order prior to charging your credit card. We work to provide and estimate as to when the item will be back in stock and ready to ship. You will be billed only for items once they are shipped to you. Any backordered items will be sent with no additional shipping charge.

Taxes and Fees:

IL residents add 9.25% sales tax to total order; customers pay direct all other (local) taxes/fees where applicable (including any required out of state sales or use tax on mail order purchases).

Notification/Tracking:

Uncle Dan's will send a confirmation e-mail shipment notification to inform you when your order has been shipped. If you selected UPS Ground, UPS Second Day or UPS Next Day services, the confirmation email will include a tracking number. If you chose the standard shipping offer, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your package has shipped, but point-to-point or in-transit information may not be available.

About Standard/Economy Shipping:

For Standard/Economy Shipping, Uncle Dan's will choose the most efficient method for your location. Uncle Dan's might choose to ship via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, USPS First Class, or UPS Ground depending on the weight and dimensions of your order and its destination.

Uncle Dan's will confirm via email when your "Standard/Economy" order has shipped. If one is available, a tracking number will be provided. Sometimes a tracking number cannot be provided, particularly in the case of USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class. In the event that you may have questions, Uncle Dan's might be able to provide Delivery Confirmation information for USPS Priority mail.

Please inspect the condition of your purchase at the time of delivery and report any damage to carrier driver for claims processing.

Pickup is an Option

If you live near an Uncle Dan's location and wish to pick up your order, please specify so in the "ORDER COMMENTS" section at checkout or call 888-246-4453. Uncle Dan's will notify you when your package is available for pickup. Any charges for shipping will be removed prior to processing your order.
